\ What You’ll Do
- Manage 6-8 client projects across multiple service lines, with high customization and varying degrees of project complexity.
- Apply a strong understanding of inbound marketing and web development to projects to ensure successful project outcomes from inception to delivery.
- Ensure continuous learning and implementation of project management best practices to improve client satisfaction and job profitability.
- Demonstrate leadership skills via motivating diverse teams to deliver high-quality work within agreed upon deadlines. Skillfully resolve conflicts, unite disciplines, and guide on-time, on-budget project delivery with a constructive approach.
- Ensure all documentation, costings, briefs, scopes and presentations are of the highest possible standard; research, create and communicate project management tools, processes and best practices across the agency.
- Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of projects (e.g. brand development, website development, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, etc.) to agreed scope, timing, budget, and quality.
- Establish relationships and processes with vendors and freelance partners; jointly scope, manage and deliver results.
- Be the hub of communication; connect the client, project, and team with consistent, clear, and detailed communications.
- Make the quality of the project your responsibility; see the work from start to finish while ensuring consistent quality standards are met.
- Regularly inspire and enable new ideas. Help ensure our project management practice is evolving to meet our growing quality standards and client portfolio.
\ Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of project management experience, supporting client projects that span the following disciplines: digital, marketing, creative, and/or web. Project management experience in an agency environment is required.
- Deep knowledge in project management best practices, with the ability to drive strategic application based on unique needs and nuances. Results-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality work within project requirements.
- Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity, driving successful project delivery across 6-8 projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and team members. Deep interpersonal skills and ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your project team.
- Experience in using a range of project management tools with the depth of knowledge to recommend the right tools for any given project, Asana preferred.
- Broad experience in project management methodologies and their benefits and application for different projects, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
