Emergency issues (website or email down) that happen outside of normal support hours will be handled as soon as possible. All other support will be handled the following business day.

Any request outside of server and hosting support will incur a fee at our hourly rate. Billable requests include but aren't limited to: updates to websites, creation or retrieval of backups, and content or imagery updates.
