The Digital Marketing Specialist drives growth for our clients using inbound marketing methodologies. This integral position primarily executes inbound strategies and tactics in HubSpot to meet or exceed client goals, while also supporting our Paid Media Manager in paid platforms.

\ What You’ll Do

  • Execute department/team initiatives that support client goals and have measurable outcomes (approximately 32 billable hours per week).
  • Outline and create inbound elements, including landing pages, thank you pages, follow-up emails, email workflows, blogs, web pages, organic social, CTAs, etc.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead generation through email, content, and social channels.
  • Execute thoughtful digital creative campaigns to inform, engage, and drive customer acquisition (this may include ads, guidance/recommendations on PPC landing pages, etc.).
  • Proactively seek opportunities to test and optimize inbound tactics and strategies.
  • Establish analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of inbound efforts and areas for improvement, providing recommendations as needed.
  • Utilize in-house and third-party tools to drive results, report on KPIs, and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports. 
  • Prepare for and participate in team and campaign meetings.
  • Provide input on inbound marketing strategy for client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with web development, content, and design team members as necessary.
  • Serve as a technical liaison, assisting with onboarding and management of client technology stack and integrations. 
  • Stay up to date and inform the team of industry trends that could impact campaign performance.

 \ Essential Skills & Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub. 
  • 1+ year experience in a marketing role at an advertising agency.
  • Experience executing and reporting on strategic digital marketing campaigns, with strong working knowledge of digital marketing practices.
  • Excellent in-person and virtual communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work toward goals within deadlines.
  • Curious and passionate about learning new things; you’re a creative problem solver with innovative ideas and a willingness to propose change.
  • Efficient and results-driven with a strong ability to both work well independently and collaborate across a team.

 
\ Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience across one or more other Hubs in HubSpot: Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Commerce Hub, Operations Hub.
  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Experience in (or the willingness to quickly learn) the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager– including setup, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting.
