Digital Inbound Specialist

\ Overview

The Digital Inbound Specialist drives growth for our clients using inbound and paid marketing methodologies. This integral position primarily executes inbound strategies and tactics in HubSpot to meet or exceed client goals, while also supporting our Paid Media Manager in paid platforms.

\ Primary Responsibilities (Inbound)

  • Execute department/team initiatives that support client goals and have measurable outcomes (approximately 32 billable hours per week).
  • Outline and create inbound elements, including landing pages, thank you pages, follow-up emails, email workflows, blogs, web pages, organic social, CTAs, etc., 
  • Collaborate with web development, content, and design team members as necessary.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead generation through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of inbound efforts and areas for improvement, providing recommendations as needed
  • Testing and quality assurance of inbound tactics.
  • Craft short-form content (e.g., marketing newsletter emails) that appeal to an identified buyer persona.
  • In-house inbound marketing tasks (e.g., managing Vye’s social media accounts).
  • Prepare for and participate in team and campaign meetings.
  • Provide input on inbound marketing strategy for client campaigns.
  • Stay up to date and inform the team of industry trends that could impact campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports. 
  • Serve as a technical liaison, assisting with onboarding and management of client technology stack and integrations. 

\ Primary Responsibilities (Paid)

  • Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and other project coordination tasks.
  • Execute, manage, and continually optimize the paid search, display, programmatic, and paid social strategies and tactics for our clients.
    • Platforms include Google Ads platform (including Search, Display, and Smart Campaigns), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other third-party platforms
  • Monitor pace and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget.
\ Additional Responsibilities
  • Utilize in-house and third-party tools to drive results, report on KPIs, and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Execute thoughtful digital creative campaigns to inform, engage, and increase member base (this may include ads, guidance/recommendations on PPC landing pages, etc.).
  • Deploy campaigns that drive new customer acquisition with a strong understanding of attribution

 \ Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a marketing role at an agency.
  • Basic awareness and understanding of paid ad campaigns and performance.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub. 
  • Documented experience executing and reporting on strategic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing practices.
  • Excellent in-person and virtual communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work toward goals within deadlines.
  • Curious and passionate about learning new things. 
  • Efficient and results-driven.
  • A creative problem solver with innovative ideas and a willingness to propose change.
  • Able to work well independently, both taking direction and collaborating with a team.

\ Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field
  • Experience in (or the willingness to quickly learn) the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in other platforms such as Microsoft Advertising or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setup, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting
  • Experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub and WordPress
