\ Overview

New business is the livelihood and growth engine of an agency. The Account Executive is responsible for leading the sales process for inbound sales leads, creating relationships with prospects, scoping, and closing deals. This position facilitates and creates a relationship with prospects, asks strategic questions to understand their business, pain points, and future goals for growth. The Account Executive collaborates closely with multiple departments in the agency and develops solutions for complex client problems, wins their trust, and secures long-term partnerships and project contracts.

  • Create thorough and accurate prospect presentations
  • Know & understand the Vye business, USP, and industry knowledge (CMS, brand, marketing strategy, SEO)
  • Research and nurture all inbound leads
  • Lead inbound inquiries through the end-to-end Vye sales process through to close

\ Responsibilities

  • Consistently execute on the Vye inbound sales methodology, forecast sales numbers for new accounts, and achieve or surpass sales goals. 
  • Manage new business opportunities throughout the sales cycle from qualification to close.
    • Facilitates the new business process to land new clients for Vye
    • Document meetings in HubSpot CRM
    • Conduct meetings with potential new clients and Vye leadership 
    • Set expectations with potential clients, evaluate for fit, establish commitments and follow through
    • Be the new client "concierge" matching the high level of service experience in the sales process that they will receive as a client
    • Begin the new client onboarding process and be the liaison between the client and Vye account team through discovery/kick-off meeting
  • Develop quotes, estimates, and proposals.
  • Proficient in Google Calendar,  slides, sheets, documents, CRM, and sales reports.
  • Attend conferences and industry events as needed.
  • Create sales sequences and follow-ups that leverage marketing content to convert inbound prospects into qualified leads.
  • Ability to lead discussions around websites, marketing plans, business goals, CMS (WordPress & Hubspot), and general marketing activities with prospects, and Hubspot software.
  • Maintain an active and up-to-date pipeline and records in CRM
  • Ability to create “pitch” presentations and written scopes & and contracts

\ Pay Structure

  • Base + Commission pay
  • Bonus pay

\ Pay $50,000-$65,000 base + commission and bonuses based on performance and hitting revenue goals
