After decades of steady growth, B&F Fastener Supply took a major leap forward in 2023 with the acquisition of Northern States Supply. The expansion called for a unified brand that showcased their enhanced capabilities — while honoring the trusted reputation they’ve built over generations.

How (and why) BFirst? 

First, we interviewed their teams to understand the current culture. Then we worked together to create a new mission, vision, and core values that got everyone on the same page. 

From there came a new brand architecture, name, tagline, logo, visuals, and ultimately a brand rollout. 

BFirst Industrial symbolizes being the first call for customers. Their new tagline: “What you need. When you need it.” reinforced their customer-first mindset — highlighting speed, reliability, and service. 

Now BFirst is on its way to becoming an industry leader across the Midwest.
