How (and why) BFirst?
First, we interviewed their teams to understand the current culture. Then we worked together to create a new mission, vision, and core values that got everyone on the same page.
From there came a new brand architecture, name, tagline, logo, visuals, and ultimately a brand rollout.
BFirst Industrial symbolizes being the first call for customers. Their new tagline: “What you need. When you need it.” reinforced their customer-first mindset — highlighting speed, reliability, and service.
Now BFirst is on its way to becoming an industry leader across the Midwest.


I have to say, it is extraordinary to see how you can take words and make them feelings. I think that’s so freaking cool.
