Emergency requests
Emergency issues (website or email down) that happen outside of normal support hours will be handled as soon as possible. All other support will be handled the following business day.

Submit a support ticket
When you submit a support ticket, you agree to be invoiced for any billable work as laid out in the hosting agreement with your identified hourly support rate. Billable requests include but aren't limited to updates to websites, creation or retrieval of backups, and content or imagery updates.
