Emergency requests

Emergency issues (website or email down) that happen outside of normal support hours will be handled as soon as possible. All other support will be handled the following business day.

Submit a support ticket

When you submit a support ticket, you agree to be invoiced for any billable work not covered under your hosting agreement at a rate of $200/hour.

Billable requests include, but are not limited to:

  • Website updates and changes
  • Creation or retrieval of backups
  • Content, imagery, or design updates
  • Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
Your hosting agreement outlines which services are included. Any additional support outside of that scope will be billed at the hourly rate above.
