Integrated Marketing Program Manager
Position Details
-
Engagement Type: Contract (1099), through Vye, a marketing agency — embedded in a fully dedicated capacity with one client.
-
Initial Term: 6 months, with strong potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
-
Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week.
-
Location: Remote — must be based in the United States.
-
Compensation: $75–$100/hour, based on experience.
-
Opportunity: This role is designed as the start of an ongoing, dedicated partnership — not a one-off project — with real potential to extend beyond the initial term and grow in scope and hours as the relationship develops.
About the Opportunity
Our client is an innovative robotics and automation company transforming the retail industry through AI-powered store intelligence. Their technology helps retailers improve on-shelf availability, pricing accuracy, operational execution, safety, and the overall customer experience. It's a fast-growing technology company backed by a global organization, entering the next phase of its growth — and building out its marketing organization from the ground up.
This is where Vye comes in. As the client's marketing agency of record, we're hiring a dedicated Integrated Marketing Program Manager who will work almost exclusively with this one client — embedded in their day-to-day operations as a true extension of their team, with the structure and support of Vye behind you.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats: equally comfortable managing projects, developing executive presentations, coordinating agency partners, organizing complex marketing initiatives, and helping bring new ideas to life.
You'll work directly with executive leadership, help build the marketing function from an early stage, and influence how one of the most innovative companies in its industry tells its story. The client's name is shared with candidates during the interview process.
Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to embed with our client's team as their day-to-day marketing partner — driving execution while supporting longer-term strategic initiatives.
This person will play a central role in organizing marketing priorities, managing cross-functional projects, supporting executive communications, coordinating agency deliverables, and ensuring marketing programs move seamlessly from strategy to execution. You'll have real ownership over how the work gets done, direct access to leadership, and the visibility that comes with helping build something from the ground up.
Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, a self-starter, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

5+ years of marketing experience (B2B technology or retail experience preferred).
-
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-
Experience managing integrated marketing programs from planning through execution.
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-
Experience building executive presentations and customer-facing materials.
-
Comfortable working independently with minimal direction.

Strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
-
Creative problem solver who enjoys improving processes.
-
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
-
Comfortable operating as a fully embedded, day-to-day member of a client's team while employed by an agency.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in a high-growth B2B technology company — AI, robotics, automation, retail technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
-
Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives across brand, content, executive communications, social media, PR, events, and sales enablement.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
-
Experience collaborating with external agencies, creative partners, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver marketing programs on time.
-
Strong presentation development skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations, customer-facing materials, and strategic marketing assets.

Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Airtable, or similar.

-
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset — able to work independently, anticipate what's needed, bring new ideas to the table, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Who You Are
-
You are someone who naturally brings structure to complexity.
-
You don't wait to be told what needs to happen — you anticipate it.
-
You enjoy turning ideas into action, and you're just as energized building a process from scratch as you are executing against one.
-
You love organizing moving pieces, creating clarity, improving processes, and helping teams execute at a high level.
-
You can think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.
-
You thrive in ambiguity — comfortable when priorities shift, structure is still being built, and no one is handing you a playbook.
-
Most importantly, you're energized by building something. You thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly, opportunities emerge unexpectedly, and every week brings something new.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will have:
-
Established an integrated marketing calendar that provides visibility across all major initiatives.
-
Built repeatable planning processes that improve marketing execution.
-
Successfully coordinated agency partners and weekly deliverables.
-
Helped expand executive thought leadership across LinkedIn, PR, speaking opportunities, and industry events.
-
Improved consistency across sales enablement materials and executive presentations.
-
Become a trusted, embedded partner who keeps marketing initiatives organized, teams aligned, and projects moving forward.
-
Contributed new ideas that strengthen the brand's visibility and overall marketing effectiveness.
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to help build a marketing function from the ground up — not join one that's already fully formed.
You'll work directly with executive leadership, help shape strategy rather than just execute against it, and see your fingerprints on how a fast-growing technology company tells its story.
As an embedded partner, you get the best of both worlds: the ownership, pace, and visibility of a high-growth technology company, plus the stability, structure, and support of being part of Vye — an agency invested in your success.
If you're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thinking strategically, solving problems, and making a measurable impact across a broad range of marketing initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.
