Graphic Designer
Experience: Entry to Intermediate Level
Full-Time, exempt
Reports to: Creative Services Manager
The Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing interactive media to life with innovative and actionable concepts that drive client success. This individual has a proven track record and portfolio to demonstrate success in graphic design, as well as communication, collaboration, attention to detail and project follow-through.

\ Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and production in a variety of formats including digital, print and presentations.
- Execute and deliver an array of creative assets including website, digital ads, social media posts, emails, infographics, displays, eBooks, digital checklists and other online offers; brand and identity systems including logos, letterhead, envelope, postcards, and packaging.
- Concept and design website wireframes with design, function and user interface/user experience in mind.
- Responsible for designs that support client strategy and reflect brand personality while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage time constraints across all design projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Stay current on design and technology trends.
- Photo editing as needed.
- Work as a collaborative team member, contributing ideas, feedback and input on visual strategies and brand interpretations to bring campaigns to life.

\ Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, UI/UX.
- Understanding of inbound marketing methodology.
