HubSpot AI Agents, Explained: What we covered in our live workshop

There’s been a lot of talk about HubSpot AI Agents lately. And while the excitement is high, many teams are still trying to figure out what these agents actually do inside HubSpot and how they fit into real sales, marketing, and service workflows.

That’s exactly why we hosted a live, one-hour virtual workshop led by Gracie DeSantis and Kelsey Simmons from our HubSpot and digital team. We focused on two things:

  2. Showing real examples of how they work in live portals today

Why teams are exploring HubSpot AI Agents right now

The Deal Loss Agent is still in beta, but it’s already become one of our favorite internal tools.

  • Competitor mentions

  • Activity insights

  • Rep-level observations

  • Recommendations for what to fix, improve, or test next
