As the Director of Talent, Tammy Moore is the connector, bringing together current and prospective staff, culture, brand, clients, and mission.
Moore believes people are the power behind courageous, leading-edge ideas and with guidance, mentorship and cheerleading, most anything is possible. As a respected leader, speaker, and mentor throughout central Minnesota, Moore brings 25 years of experience leading creative teams, marketing groups, and corporate communication departments. Outside of her consulting business, Being Moore, she has worked for a number of notable companies including Merrill Corporation and Creative Memories. Most recently, she served as the chief marketing and communications officer for the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
