Paid Media Specialist

\ Overview

The Paid Media Specialist works closely with the Paid Media Manager and is responsible for the execution, management, and reporting of digital paid media strategies and tactics that drive results. This role must have a love for doing research for keyword/search targeting and finding energy through innovation, financial optimization, and attribution in digital marketing across the portfolio of Vye’s clients. 

\ Responsibilities

  • Execute client project initiatives that support client goals and have measurable outcomes (approximately 16 billable hours per week).
  • Execute, manage, and continually optimize the paid search, display, programmatic, and paid social strategies and tactics for our clients:
    • Platforms include Google Ads platform (including Search, Display, and Smart Campaigns), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other third-party platforms
  • Monitor pace and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget.
  • Utilize in-house and third-party tools to drive results, report on KPIs, and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Execute thoughtful digital creative campaigns to inform, engage, and increase member base (this may include ads, guidance/recommendations on PPC landing pages, etc.).
  • Deploy campaigns that drive new customer acquisition with a strong understanding of attribution.
  • Continuously A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and ad copy to maximize CPA and ROAS.
  • Participate in the development of digital paid media strategy including goals, KPIs, assets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and prioritize keywords for paid ad content development and SEO
  • Contribute to the team by accomplishing other tasks and special projects as needed.

 \ Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in buying digital paid media is required.
  • Highly proficient in the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in other platforms such as Microsoft Advertising or Pinterest is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setup, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting
  • Experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub and WordPress is preferred or must have a willingness to learn the platforms.
  • Able to work well independently, both taking direction and collaborating with a team. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing practices.
