Director of Culture & Engagement

Location: St. Cloud Office

The Director of Culture & Engagement at Vye plays a critical role in promoting Vye’s vision of people-first, including team members, clients, and partners. The Director of Culture & Engagement is responsible for leading human resources, talent management, and recruiting functions with the goal of creating an exceptional employee experience and Vye culture.

\ Responsibilities

  • Manage all people initiatives and programs and ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned to the overall goals of the business.
  • Manage the people components of Traction.
    • Ensure adherence to Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA); the LMA way.
    • Work with managers to create Growth Plans for all employees and keep up-to-date job descriptions.
    • Make recommendations on the organizational structure/accountability chart and ensure the right people are in the right seats.
  • Provide guidance and support on all employee relations issues.
  • Attract and recruit talent and create hiring processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Design and support onboarding initiatives to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Promote Vye’s vision (people-first focus), culture, and core values by incorporating into all communications, programs, and initiatives.
  • Create rewards and recognition programs and drive employee engagement. Responsible for coordinating two all-company events per year.
  • Implement strategies that drive employee development and retention.
  • Design and direct training programs.
  • Design and maintain Vye’s compensation system.
  • Provide communication and training to employees on benefits, Paycom, ESOP, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
